I have been playing Soccer for 7 1/2 years of experience.
1. Eat 1 hour before you have a game or practice. The reason is because, if you eat 30 minutes or less, you are going to get sick or have a very bad cramp.
2. 2 hours before a soccer game you should drink about one water bottle at least. So that during the game you are not dehydrated. Also do not forget to bring a nice cold water bottle for the game.
3. Make sure when being the goalkeeper you are ready for anything. And when I mean anything I mean hands up at all times and blocking that goal. Because you could be staring off into space and not even realize they made a goal.
4. If you are really that serious about soccer then, I really do recommend that you should go to the park or even in your backyard and practice dribbling or your power kicks for about 15 minutes to about 20 minutes or something to make you even better. You might already be really good but YOU can be much BETTER.
5. When playing soccer never ever be scared of the ball. If you are scared of the ball the other team will get the ball from you. So you want to be aggressive and make sure they never get the ball from you.
