The Mystery

It was the end of the day you can see the light blue sky go from a hazy orange, to black. The moon was shining bright that night. Everything in the town mellville was going normal. People were cooking dinner, kids were going to bed, families were watching movies and playing games. Everything went normally until it hit midnight. Everyone in the small town was asleep and then a loud noise startled them awake. All the people in their houses ran out in panic and confusion. No one knew what happened until an older lady called out, "where is my son?!"[[Continue the story..->P2]]

Everyone was confused. Some people thought she was lying to scare everyone. Then everyone went back to sleep like nothing ever happened completley ignoring the lady. Until one person (You) walked up to her and asked is your son actually missing? She replied by saying, "yes!" You then asked some questions about the boy like his physical description, or some things about him. She replied by saying he has brown hair, hazel eyes, and wears glasses. It took you a couple minutes to think about and then you said, "I will find your son!" [[Go find her son!->P3]]

The next day she knocks on your door birght and early just as the sun was rising. ou answer the door half asleep and then she shoves a picture in your face. You grabbed the picture and realized it was the ladys son. You thank her, and she thanks you, and then you run up back to your room to get dressed to start your investigating. First you look in all the hidden spots of the neighborhood to see if hes hiding somewhere. You check in the bushes, behind trees, in the tunnel under the bridge leading to the neighborhood, and behind some of the houses. You didn't find anything, not even a clue, so you decide to knock on some peoples doors to see if they knew anything. You went from door to door and found no information. You check the last house and an older man steps out. You said, "Hello have you seen this kid (you hold up the poster) or have you seen anything weird going since last night"? The man replies by saying, "Yes I have, last night I saw a boy run down the street to a couple houses down, stop, and the turn towards one of the houses. After that he was out of sight." You thank the man and walk down to investigate, but nothing not even a clue, again. [[Go to the next place on your list->P7]]

You eneter the empty cafe and walk straight up to the older woman working at the counter. "Hello, has this boy (you hold up the picture) recenty visted your cafe," you asked her? The lady replies, "He has not for a while actually. He used to come to this cafe everyday." You investigate the place a little to see if there were any clues, but nothing. After a while of looking around you leave and visit the next place. [[Investigate the next place->P9]]

You walked into the diner in hope to find something. You felt bad you didnt find her son yet, not even a clue, but you weren't going to give up. Like the the previous places you ask the same questions and also like the other places they didn't see him. You look around for a clue and nothing so you decide to leave and go to the last place on your list. [[Visit the last place->P11]]

You go to his best friends house first. His best friend hasn't seen him for a while, so he gets worried. You knock on a couple of his other friends doors and they have the same reaction. You start to get really worried and just hope he's at one of his family members house. You knock on his uncle and aunts door, his grandparents, cousins, brother, sisters, and nothing. They have no idea where he is. You decide to go home and figure out the best way to tell the lady you didn't find him. [[Go home->P13]]

You arrive home upset and dissapointed. You felt very guilty you didn't find the boy, so you think of the best way to break it to her. She already had the police out looking so maybe they found him or at least a clue. It was a very small town and there are't many places a person can hide, so you were very confused. You sat down on your couch and then you hear something break. You sit back up and found a pair of broken glasses on the couch. You couldn't understand it, you dont wear glasses. You got up and thought of something really crazy...[[Go find out...->P14]]

You carfully check around your house and then you hear a sudden knock on your door. You slowly walk up to the door and look and the window and saw the lady. You get scared because you know she'll ask what happened. You answer the door and she starts sobbing. You get really nervous. "My son came home! Hes home! Thank you so much," she exclaims! She walks back to her house before you can even say anything. You were so confused. You didn't find her son, you didn't even find a clue, and you find his glasses on your couch?
